[Boatanchors] Error in BC-348-HKLR Manual T.O. 12R2-3BC-112

Spelling and grammatical errors, designation and schematic errors,
procedural errors, undocumented design or manufacturing changes (these
last two were very common) were not uncommon in manuals back in the "good
old days" nor are they uncommon in today's documentation. Sometimes they
were corrected in service addenda or bulletins, but most times they just
blew with the wind.
