[Boatanchors] Working on the DC Bias Circuit of Hickok Tester

Anyone have experience resolving the DC Bias Voltage circuit on the Hickoktube tester?  My unit is a KS-15750-L1; similar to the 539 but with added linevoltage meter and bias volts meter.  The Bias function is dead and after somepreliminary checks, I think it is related to the power transformer taps & the rectifiers involved.  However, reading the schematic is like trying to sort needles from a haystack.
If anyone has experience, I can email a schematic and perhaps we can figureit out.
