Good Evening Bob,

        The 0C3 is rated for an input of 133 Volts DC Max, Voltage
regulation of 105 Volts at 40 MA Max / 5 MA min

        The OD3 is rated for an input of 185 Volts DC max, Voltage
regulation of 150 Volts at 40 MA max / 5 MA min

        So one cold not use them as direct replacements to each other.
