[Boatanchors] Micamold Recovery

THE BEST thing you can do with Micamold caps is GET RID OF THEM.  DO NOT 
TRY TO RESCUE THEM!  They're the worst piece of crap ever in surplus 
gear!  TRUST ME!!  I have been there and done that.  REPLACE THEM ALL 
with Mylar caps.  You will save yourself from MUCH GRIEF trying to 
repair the old gear and restore the gear!
DO NOT EVEN TRUST THEM IF THEY ARE STILL IN "SPARES" SEALED PACKETS AND NEW!
