areas including RF power from 1973 until 1999 when it became ON

Those are really, really old app notes you are looking for.

I was also involved with literature and databooks including the 
conversion to electronic formats in the late 90's. I may be wrong but I 
seriously doubt if these were ever converted to electronic format being 
they were so old even than and most of the devices used in the app notes 
had long since been discontinued.
