Stay clear of the SB-230 because the conduction cooled tube in that linear is EXTREMELY expensive and they are no longer being manufactured.

None of the amplifiers referenced cover 160-meters.

The SB-220 / SB-221 uses a pair of 3-500Z tubes and can be used on the WARC bands.  Good 3-500Z tubes are still available.

The SB-200 / SB-201 uses a pair of 572B tubes.  Getting good 572B tubes new these days is "spotty".  However, they are still available.

All the B&W linears use 813 tubes which are a very old tube although the tubes are pretty rugged.

The Hammarlund HXL uses, originally, 572A tubes which have been replaced with the 572B.

Both SB-200 / SB-201 and the SB-220 / SB-221 have a very good reputation and are, generally, very reliable.  Of course, one that has bad workmanship is going to require some work.  But, most of the Heath amplifiers were assembled relatively well.

More info would be helpful such as what duty cycle you need to
sustain, and bands you want to cover.   Heathkit Warrior will sit
there and put out 500 watts all day 100% duty cycle.   But it is heavy
and I can't remember if it covers 160 m.   Stan, I'm surprised you
can't find an old broadcast rig, hi.
