[Boatanchors] Hickok KS-15750-L1 tube tester schematic needed

I don't know the exact date of the change and I don't know when the tube 
tester was made but prior to about 1944, U.S. military electronics Tech 
manuals used M for X1,000 and MEG for X1,000,000.
