[Boatanchors] multi conductor cable needed

I make up what I need from stock wire I get from Anixter
PVC insulated 600v stranded and gauge / color as required.
I sleeve the wires in a piece of heat shrink tubing that is just large
enough to house the wires but do not shrink it.
If you twist the bundle of wires prior to sleeving them (one end clamped in
vice, other end in vs drill to twist) you will have a very professional
looking cable
A bit of talcum powder over the wire bundle makes pulling through sleeve a
lot easier.
When I worked for AEC we made special cables up to 100 ft long that way.
That's a two person job though.
