[Boatanchors] audio tube needed

I would think that there are a lot of sources for the 6GW8 tubes that are well under $20. 
ECL86 is a marvelous tube for many applications in amateur radio. For example you can build a complete transmitter or a complete receiver using one. I have a nice stash of them here.
