Yes, and no! The Pacemaker uses a heterodyne method of frequency control. The VFO frequency stays in the 3.0 MHz to 4.0 MHz range for all bands and is not multiplied for any band.
According to the manual, the VFO is high stability. Now, if one can believe the manual!
