[Boatanchors] Schematic needed

Hi, I know this is a real stretch, but I'm looking to purchase a schematic for a VHF, solid state receiver. It is an Allied A2589. It looks IDENTICAL to a Lafayette PF-175.
This leads me to believe that they were probably made by GRE, which was common back then.
It is a 30-50 MHz / 150-175 MHz, FM radio. 
I've tried every GOOGLE search I could and zero results. The A2589 is almost completely deaf and probably took some lightning down the twin lead..........

ANY leads would be appreciated.......
