What they sent me was annual indexes; maybe they covered two or three
years can't remember, but there was no single index for the entire run
of ER.  If you have to go year by year looking in each index, that's
not -in my opinion- very good.  But Ray has enough trouble as it is
putting out ER, so I have not bothered him about it.
