[Boatanchors] Electric Radio Issue

For the first ten years or so, Don had the index in a downloadable
spreadsheet form. Still have a copy of that somewhere on one of my
machines. But then he went to the totally online form which is a lot
faster but, there are times when I would like to look at bigger chunks of
info off line (what I call my casual scrolling). I have JAVA on all my
machines so there's no problem viewing his stuff online but it would be
nice to have the data for off line use in a more friendly form. Don pops
up occasionally on some of the reflectors so maybe he'll see the
discussion.
