That thing has never worked for me.  I think it only works with
windows and IE or some other MS app.  Yeah, here is what it says "ER
Index has been tested using the following browsers, Internet Explorer,
Firefox and Chrome under MS Windows XP SP3."  You have to have Java
installed.  It's ridiculous because the index can be a mere flat text
file and you can use the browser search (ctrl-F) to text search it but
they've made it unnecessarily complex for a small number of users.
