Hi Ken,
Hole saws are even more okay if you don't have the heavy hardware. They
don't cut "perfect size holes in sheet aluminum or even in sheet steel.
That's why I cut them *undersize* and finish out with the files. If I
did have a machine shop I would be to busy to play with making radios.
