[Boatanchors] Redux: When Caps Ain't Caps- Source for RF-Friendly pFd Caps

you don't say what you are trying to do with them.  What is the
circuit you want to use them in?  All RF capacitors should have a
current/frequency specification.  you may be exceeding the RF current
rating for the caps you have.  Tell us about the circuit and function
of the caps.
