[Boatanchors] OT: CW Test

Actually, while it may make us old geezers feel better that we had to struggle through cigar smoke filled exam rooms and suffer the trials of CW exams, I don’t really think the CW test was an effective lid filter.  If there hadn’t been lids, Gil wouldn’t have had a reason to draw cartoons :-)
