John,
(You very fortunate person! HA-5s are like the proverbial hen's tooth!)
Take the HA-5 output and use the Millen adapter box. That is how the
HA-5 connected to the Hallicrafters HT-4.
The only difference between the HT-4 and your Millen, is that the HT-4
would have to plug in to which Tuning Unit for the desired band.
