I was going to stay put of this but i couldn't care less about frequency 
measurement to the nearest millicycle and I have even seen claims of 
decimal fractions small that that. I would challenge those guys to 
"prove it" but I don't want to waste the time.

I have been using some of the DSP and SDR sofware that shows the 
difference in cycles per second between two signals even the entire 
"waterfall display" is off one way or the other. Based on watching and 
listening i second the motions those hams who claim everybody is "of 
frequency" are noy on the specified frequency either unless WWV is way of.

I'm building myself and SDR receiver - the sdr TX is still too 
problematic. If it makes anybody feel any better at all my SDR will 
contain tubes! Film at 11.
