Dave,

What version of Windows are you using?

Normally, you can simply click on it, and Windows Imaging will pop up 
and display it.

[At least my Win7 64bit does.]

It isn't any of the "normal" picture types.

You can either send me the link to get it here.  Then I can convert it 
to whatever you want format wise.

I have multiple image software.  I cab make it a .tiff, .jpg, or 
whatever type you wish.

Then I need to know what size image file you can handle.
