[Boatanchors] Testing 01A and 301A tubes

Joe,

My quick-and-dirty solution: Use the setting for type 26 on whatever 
tester you have. Advance the filament voltage control to 5 volts.

26 is basically the AC version of the 201A, filament voltage is reduced 
to 1.5 volts to beat the hum.

Close enough for government work!
