[Boatanchors] RME LS-2 Noise Blanker

The RME-D early for noise blanker circuitry. The LS-*noise silencers integrated into some later RME-69s though (extra price option). The basic Lamb circuit shown and described in late 30s and 40s ARRL handbooks (my 1945 version for ex). Shouldn’t be too hard to reverse engineer.

The -2 is for the second version of it. At least I think so. Anyway, I have one of these units along with an RME-9D. I want to get both of them going and mate them with my Collins 30W transmitter, which is of the same period (early 30's).
