The final statement in the video (that only 9-volt batteries can start or
cause fires) isn't correct, however. 6-volt spring terminal and 6 and
12-volt lantern batteries would do as well or better. Very few of the great
unwashed are likely to have anything with higher voltage but those would
certainly do it. But only a Darwin Award contestant would dump loose batteries of
any voltage in a paper bag.
