My HX-50 is dead on several bands and it appears that crystals for 20, 15, 10B and 10D are all bad.  Nothing wrong with the oscillator tube or the crystal switch, and the 10A 40 and 80 all work fine.  No sign of oscillation with a pickup loop attached to my RACAL receiver.

I can’t comprehend what would cause them all to fail except that perhaps age has overtaken them or they may be fragile by nature as they operate on fundamental frequencies.  I have never attempted to use 20M and above all the years I have owned this transmitter, and the issue appeared as I was doing a general alignment.

Would anyone happen to have a junker with a known good 20M crystal?  I would like to at least get that band back into operation.
