[Boatanchors] Is the 807 Next??

I've been using 807s, 1625s, KT66s, KT77s, KT88s, 6L6s, 6CA7s, EL34s in very 
high quality audio amplifiers for years now - a bit like the D T N 
Williamson design but DC-coupled all the way through. I get very low noise 
and distortion - like -97 dB. The only limitation is low frequency - how 
much iron can you afford in your output transformer?
