Good Afternoon Gerry,

        I would place the Micronta near the bottom of the Digital Meter
tree.  As such they tend to be unstable under certain conditions. Fluke
and Agilent make the best meters as far as I am concerned  I own several 
Fluke digital meters and one Craftman( Sears) and am very pleased with
them. And i do carry an old Micronta Digital meter in my Go Box, along
with the cheap ones from Harbor Freight. So if lost or damaged no big
deal.
