boo on  dumb phones  but SMART phones  some have  cameras  that kick ass.
 
I have been out  and caught   with out my  HD news cam and come across 
something our news service  could syndicate and  shot it on the galaxy 3......
 
and yea  a Nikon D4  is  better  for  stills  than  the  galaxy s3 but if 
the lighting  is   good........  pretty amazing  for a telephone ..

I disagree.  Allowing  unconditional quantities of photos is a waste of time
and space.   Especially as most of them are made with dumb phones and are
out of  focus.  Plus in the very rare case where the photo is actually  of
interest (not of some guy's civilian hamshack, which I could care less  
about), it
is inconvenient to not possible to save the photo for future  use or
reference.
