[Boatanchors] FS - Budelman Frequency/Deviation Meter

Further efforts while spring cleaning out the garage revealed a Budelman Type 17A4A-2 Frequency Meter with 4 VHF-FM crystals (in 150 MHz range), original adjustable antenna, and calibration chart inside lid. Unit also calls itself a Deviation Meter dependent on the xtals installed. Unfortunately, I don't have a manual that shows how it operates. Budelman Radio Corp (BRC) doesn't appear to still be in business. This unit is in fairly good condition with some minor scratches. Unit requires dry cell batteries to run.
