[Boatanchors] bounced email notice

FYI - a LOT of folks got this message saying that they have been 
unsubscribed.

It has NOTHING to do with individuals!

The QTH.NET System is getting mass mailings from ISPs such as Yahoo.

This triggers all sort of issues.  This is what has been triggering 
these notices of Bounced E-mails.

The QTH.NET owner has come out and stated this.
