The best way to deal with MFJ is by email.  Go to their site and send them a 
message from there.  You can assign priority to your message and if it is 
high enough you should receive an answer within a few hours.

MFJ has probably put more equipment in the hands of amateurs than even 
Heathkit and they have kept the price within reach of most of us.  Like any 
business they do all they can to keep prices low but they do sell a lot of 
well made parts that are priced lower than many places you can order.  I 
bought a non-inductive 100 watt resistor for my Heath Dummy load and it was 
below $30 at the time much less than anyone else.

They are so busy for the number of people that work there calling them can 
be an exercise in frustration.  They are nice people trying to be as 
efficient as possible.
