[Boatanchors] Need ideas for Dial on my Receiver

There were all sorts of problems last night.  However, this morning, the photos are coming through fine.

I have absolutely no idea what was happening!

Sounds like a local problem.  Worked fine at this QTH.  Nice looking radio!
