[Boatanchors] A working 2 meter converter available?

Very few VHF receiving converters had built in power supplies.  The most prolific manufacturer of converters was Ameco.  Ameco did have a separate power supply that plugged into their converters.  However, such power supplies are not that common.  Tecraft made a very few models with a built-in power supply as did Parks.  But, the vast majority of Tecraft required a separate power supply (which they did make).  RME did make tunable converters, including the VHF-152 series (10, 6, and 2-meters to the 40-meter band) which had built-in power supplies.

I have a pretty extensive collection of converters.  Of those, only 2-units have a built-in power supply.

Considering an idea for a test setup.

I wonder if there are any good working 2 meter converters still available?
They are kind of passé now but there might be one around yet.

Looking for one that has a self contained power supply and would convert to
10 or 20 meters. Hollow state is fine.
