[Boatanchors] Heath dial drum decals

I have been persuaded to furnish dial drum decals for the Heath Apache, Mohawk, Cheyenne, Comanche, and HG-10 series as well as complete dial drums.  That way, if someone wants to obtain some translucent hard plastic pipe, they can make their own drum.  However, because decals require some definite skill to apply, there is absolutely no guarantee that the person will be able to actually complete a dial.  That is, all sales are absolutely final!
