Does it really matter what someone values an item at?

If it indeed is outrageous or ludicrous, the seller will be left keeping it.

On the other hand, there are indeed some fools that will spend what they 
don't have to get something that they want for unknown reasons or purposes.

It simply appears the "Price Police" are out in force.
