[Boatanchors] TBX-8 Accessories Availability

I noticed that TBX-8 "over there", looks nice, at least
on the outside.

But, it begs the question ... what is the availability of
accessories ?

Are Power Supplies available, or does on "roll their own"?
What about Power Connectors, cables, headset, mike, key, etc.

Is that stuff readily available or will they cost more than the radio ?
