I have two UHF 450-470 MHz Converters that convert down to 30-50 MHz.  They were made by Petersen Electronics of Ft. Worth back in the dark ages (maybe the 60's).  They use bipolar transistors.  They are complete with the exception of the required overtone crystal to create the 420 MHz mixing signal.  I will give these to anyone who wants them but only one per person.  First come, first served.  All you have to do is pay the postage which will be a couple of bucks or less.  The boards are about 3.5" x 2" x 1".  Bug eaten documentation included.
