[Boatanchors] Lighted Meter Dial Reproduction

There was an outfit called Rock-Sea Enterprises that made dials.  However,
the proprietor is now SK I believe.  I'm not aware of anyone else doing
this sort of thing, but there is probably a pretty good market out there.
