Can anyone ID this AR-88 variant? Also curious what in unknown condition, a fair price would be.I have no other information on it at this point in time.
See it at: http://www.w5jv.com/Staged_for_viewing/AR88x.jpg
Also, if anyone has a collection of relevant technical notes, articles, etc. on this radio, let me knowif you are open to providing a copy.
The SC-88/CR-91 Variant at:

is for sale if anyone wants to take on a real heavy boat-anchor. I have $150 in it and would needcost of packing added to that plus shipping. Unless, of course, you can pick up in Baton Rouge. I'mtold it is a custom job done in Montreal during the war and is a variant called an R-127/CRD-2 used to feed a spectrum display monitor. It appears in excellent physical condition, sports an addon signal level meter (some say reminiscent of the Hallicrafters radios of the period), and is heavyas sin. I have some information on it supplied by an Australian ham. I also have found a listing inGovernment Publications but have not gotten to first base on that.
