[Boatanchors] NC-300 Gain falls off at higher frequencies

Is it typical for the sensitivity of an NC300 to fall off at higher 
frequencies? It makes it rather deaf on 10 meters.

Here's what I find on mine after alignment normalized to 0dB on 7.2MHz:


1.9MHz	-9dB
3.8MHz	-5dB
7.2MHz	0dB
14.2MHz	-2dB
21.2MHz	-5dB
27MHz	-9dB
29MHz	-16dB
