Howie,
Real nice email, you sure know how to schmooze hams.
My advice to you is to get a different attitude.

Subject: [Boatanchors] Hollow State QRP Transmitter Kit
Gang,
Have the plans, the design, parts stock, chassis' and FUNDING in place to produce, sell, and ship ONE HUNDRED (100) 6V6 QRP Transmitter kits. They are similar in some ways to the AC-1 with circuit refinements and a jazzy powder coated "electric blue" chassis.
We are a small subchapter "S" Corporation - have a business plan, know our costs, our overhead, have legal counsel and all of that stuff.
We want to do some fine tuning on the finished product and cosmetics and would like your opinions.
Think of an Ameco AC-1 and how YOU would hack it; i.e. - modify the circuit, the chassis, etc.
We KNOW our price point but we are curious to know what you think is fair. Hams are the cheapest bastards on the face of the earth and we know that - but they will pay a fair price for a nicely designed Hollow State rig.
We solicit your Positive ideas and comments.
Tnx es 72/73 de Howie K3HW
