[Boatanchors] Desoldering Components

The drill is 100% necessary. I use it after every unsoldered joint. Keeps the passage clear.  I haven't used anything else.  I haven't changed my tip either. Its been a few years.

Those of you using the Hakko 808: what other tip sizes and maintenancebits have you found essential for the tool?  On the ePlace, for $20 moretwo additional tips are included.  But I also notice that hand operated drillbits and nozzle cleaners are being sold.  Have you found these are necessary?
