[Boatanchors] transformer iD

I have this here UTC Type PA-245 metal box with 12 terminals coming out of one end.
They are marked:
P-P-B-P-P
0-200-500
A-B-C-D

Just wondering if its usable or what it may have been used for along with what its ratings might be.

Now i'm looking for a good heavy duty 5V supply @ 10 A or so?  Never hurts to have a little extra current capacity.

I also have a couple of audio transformers with 14K on one side and 2500 Ohms on the other according to the box. Should be good for something i'd think.
