Hi Bill:

The finest nut starter that I have ever used is a jewelers pickup tool.
Maybe $6.00 on ebay. Has saved my life a million times and for those tiny
meter screws phenomenal. Acts like a grabber with a universal.

Kindest regards Jim K9AXN

Anyone know if a company is manufacturing the old red plastic nut starters
like Heath included in every kit? I found a Stanley Tools part number with
a price of $1.87 but don't know if these are the same type of really
flexible plastic. The old Heath units could start a 6-32 nut and a bolt
with either a round or flat head.

I do have one of the "new" style nut starters which is actually a part
retrieval tool with four retractable spring fingers....it works quite well
but it ain't the same!
