I've seen tools like this but have no idea of what they
are called. However, it seems to me you could make on from a
length of tubing the right diameter by filing the end to
form teeth to fit the slots. I've also seen wrenches using
pins which fitted into holes or slots on a nut. There is a
tool like that for the Hewlett-Packard 608 series generators
that fits the cap holding the pencil tubes down. Again, I
think not too difficult to make.
