[Boatanchors] Tool To Remove Slotted Nuts

I wonder if you are talking about the tool that was used for the 1/4" 
(about that size) phone jack screws that I remember.  This had a pin in 
the center, and essentially wings on both sides.

The pin was spring loaded.

If that's the case, I've got one in my tool box.
