[Boatanchors] EF Johnson Knob Needed

Anyone know of a source for EF Johnson knobs ? I need the fluted knob
with a 1 1/2" skirt numbered 0 - 100 over 180 degrees. Black color.

I also need a phenolic (or similar) insulating coupler for 1/4" shafts.

I know this is flea market fodder, but I haven't seen any at the last
couple I went to.

I need these to patch up an old AMPLEX VHF KW Amp.
