Most people do not realize that the computer that they carry with a
radio-telephone application also has a priority assigned to it for
the telephone application.
During a major disaster, when the people will most need to have
reliable communications, the radio that they rely on so heavily will
no longer be able to access the telephone application.
Technology looses again.
