Those Big Black SUVs don't have dishes on them.

However, those that follow POTUS do indeed open up and one heck of a 
mean mini-gun do pop up!

That would be in the same category as the lead and trail train cars of 
the "White Train".  Those whom don't know what that train is are living 
in caves.

Those are the trains that carry warheads and weapons.  Not exactly a 
secret!  I observed the building of those particular "cars" that we 
simply called war wagons.  Built at Toole Army Depot.
