I can just about make out the labels on the front
panel. It does not look so much like a broadcast remote amp
as a remote control for something like a public service
transmitter. If it has only an MI number and no model
number it suggests its an accessory for something,
especially with the high number. If your is umber gray (tan)
it gives a very rough indication of age. RCA began to use
umber-gray shortly after WW-2 and switched to two tone blue
around the mid 1960s.
