you don't have to buy that on eBay.  you can get it direct from the
film to DVD converter/distributor company for less.
they are located in N.C.  the title is Voice of Victory.

I smell an eBay ripoff.

Hallicrafters also produced another less well known film.  As far as I
know, it is not on DVD and I don't know anything else about it.
